This Cookie Policy explains how AIBeam uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and inside the application.
Essential cookies support login, security, billing flow continuity, account routing, and core application behavior. The service cannot function properly without them.
When you start an anonymous visibility scan, AIBeam sets the essential __Host-aibeam-free-scan capability cookie. It contains a random access value, not your brand, website, or scan result. It is HttpOnly, Secure in production, restricted to same-site requests, and lasts only until the result expires, never longer than 24 hours. AIBeam uses it only to display or delete that private result. Deleting the result clears the cookie.
Preference cookies remember choices such as theme, language, and interface settings so the product works consistently across visits.
We may use analytics technologies to understand product usage, diagnose issues, measure page performance, and improve onboarding and workflows. These tools help us understand aggregate behavior rather than sell personal information.
Visibility-scan analytics are content-free. They can include a scan event, bounded status or failure category, and provider name, but not the submitted brand or website, public-site metadata, question, answer, sources, or private capability value.
Some third-party services, such as payment checkout, authentication, analytics, or support tools, may set their own cookies when you use those features.
The anonymous visibility scan uses Cloudflare Turnstile before it starts. Turnstile processes browser and network signals and may use essential cookies or similar technology to check that the request is legitimate and limit abuse. The Turnstile check happens before Perplexity and does not contain the later answer.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, or core application features from working correctly.
Questions about cookies can be sent through the contact page.
