This Privacy Policy explains how AIBeam collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase a plan, or use the monitoring service.
We collect account details, contact information, billing metadata, support messages, product usage data, project settings, prompts, brand and competitor names, websites, and monitoring outputs needed to provide the service. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by AIBeam.
We use information to provide monitoring, generate dashboards and audit materials, process billing, secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, communicate with you, and improve the product.
We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to AIBeam.
Monitoring results may include generated answers, citations, detected brand mentions, sentiment, and related metadata. We use this data to produce account dashboards, reports, quality checks, and aggregate product analytics.
If you use the free visibility scan, we collect the brand name and public website address you submit. We fetch only bounded public homepage metadata, such as its title, description, and a limited number of keywords. We use that metadata to create one neutral buyer question. We send the question to Perplexity and receive one answer and its source links, which we check for the submitted brand and website.
Cloudflare processes the request, runs the scan and Turnstile browser check, and stores the private scan input and result in Cloudflare R2. Perplexity processes the generated question and returns the answer and sources. The result is not published, put in the sitemap, or placed in a shareable result URL.
The private result is available through an essential capability cookie for no more than 24 hours. You can delete it from the result page at any time. Otherwise, it expires after 24 hours, and our cleanup process deletes both the private input and result objects.
To enforce daily abuse and cost limits, the scan ledger stores purpose-specific HMAC values for the visitor IP address, website domain, and signed-in account when present. These abuse-control values are scoped to one UTC day; the scan ledger does not store the raw IP address or account identifier. It also stores bounded operational and cost facts such as scan status, timestamps, model, usage, cost, and cleanup state. We purge this content-free ledger metadata no later than 30 days after the private R2 objects are deleted.
Free-scan analytics are content-free. They may record that a scan started, was admitted, failed, or displayed a result, along with a bounded status, failure category, or provider name. They do not include the submitted brand or website, homepage metadata, generated question, answer, sources, or capability value.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You may request account deletion through account settings or the contact page.
You can update account information, manage billing, cancel recurring subscriptions, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and security limits.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the contact page.
