These Terms of Service govern your use of AIBeam. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
AIBeam helps teams monitor and review brand visibility in AI answer engines. The service may include dashboards, scheduled monitoring, citations, sentiment analysis, audit reports, and recommendations. AI-generated and third-party responses can change over time, so results are informational and are not guarantees of placement, ranking, traffic, revenue, or accuracy.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
Starter and Professional trial access includes capped monitoring credits. Paid checkout is handled through Stripe, and recurring monitoring plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel recurring plans from account settings before the next renewal date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of the brands, prompts, websites, competitors, and other information you submit. You grant AIBeam permission to use that information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use.
AIBeam and its software, designs, workflows, and documentation are owned by AIBeam or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms and your active plan.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
